Steps to claim
- Book and attend lessons at ICS (International Community School)
- WhatsApp our customer service to claim the FREE hours once 10/20 hours of training sessions at ICS are accumulated.
Important Notes:
1. Need to submit claim request via WhatsApp to our Customer Service Contact HP: @9759 4169 latest by 31st December 2024. Credit will be inserted thereafter.
2. Free credits that are claimed will have 60 days of validity from first lesson.
3. All free credits are to be completed 90 days from the credit's insertion date or 60 days from first lesson, whichever comes first.
4. Free credits will need to be inserted not more than 7 days from the date of request.
5. Each trainee are limited to claim once only for this promotion.
6. Attendance(s) that are clocked for ICS for trainee who subscripted to 'Package Unlimited' during the 30 days package validity period will NOT be able to included for the promotion claims.
