Policy


Policy for GROUP TRAINING:

  • All credits are to be completed within the validity of the package (Starting from the first lesson). All uncompleted lessons will be forfeited. 
  • After signing up, the trainee needs to complete all his/her lesson within 6 months. Failing to do so will result in forfeiting of the credits. Kindly take note that if trainee fails to start his/her first lesson within 3 months from the date of registration will result in less than 90 days package validation.
  • Trainees DO NOT need to stick to the same classes throughout the month. (However, we will strongly recommend that)
  • Withdrawal of class must be done at least 72 hours prior to the lesson date. 
  • For Medical Reason: to inform at least 1 hour before lesson. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited lesson that cannot be made up.
  • All classes are to be enrolled individually by students via our Mobile App (OBA Badminton App). Our classes for booking will release 10-12 days prior to the lesson’s date.
  • Location and time are subjected to changes due to availability of the facilities. 
  • Each court may have a capacity of up to 10 students.
  • In the case where trainee attend the class without a credit balance, we will automatically bill it as a Ad-hoc basis. ($28/lesson)
  • NO refunds of the fees is allowed, regardless of unforeseen circumstances occurred. (E.g. Injury and Haze)
  • NO transferring of the training credits between the trainees.
  • OBA will NOT be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury or damage while attending this course and this includes all cost, and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.


Policy for PRIVATE TRAINING:

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE FOR PRIVATE TRAINING

As for Private training, will need to depends on TraineeCoaches and Courts availability. Venue will be at your preference location. Once the date and time of the training is fixed, we will need you to Purchase the Private Training Package as agreed. Contact us at 86832334 to make arrangements. 

  • Minimum 4 sessions for first time confirmation so that we can provide an Un-disrupted trainings as we need to make bookings 15days in advanced to secure the courts.
  • We will also be booking the courts for all the training sessions.
  • Any cancellation of training less than 15 days in advanced the payment will still be full as court and coaches already allocated.
  • For medical reason: to inform latest by 5pm the day before lesson. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited lesson that cannot be made up.

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)


Q: Do my package start to activate on the date i purchased?

A: No, package will only activate when trainee physically attended his/her first lesson.


Q: What if i book the lesson but did not turn up? Will my credit be deducted?

A: Credit deduction occurs up to 72 hours before the lesson. Do withdraw at least 72 hours prior, to ensure that the credits will not be deducted.  


Q: When can i start my first lesson?

A: Anytime, as all our Group trainings are on going classes. For private sessions do make arrangement with us here.


Q: Do i need to stick to the same session throughout the entire month for Group Training?

A: No, we are flexible on this. However we will encourage trainee to stick to the same classes.


Q: Do i need to sign up multiple times if i have more then one child joining?

A: Yes, one email only for one trainee. However for parents with multiple sign up, do contact us to provide you with a Parent account for easier management after you done with all your registrations. 


Q: What do i need to bring for training?

A: Racket(s), water bottle and covered shoes. Towel are optional.
