For the double's event, trainee are allowed to partner a Non-Member (Non OBA trainee) as a guest, but the pair will automatically be place to compete in the Cat A Category (GA Level overall rating 16 & Above) regardless the GA level of the OBA trainee.
We believe by allowing a guest for each pair will encourage higher participations rate but at the same time make the level of play still as fair as possible.
