IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Strictly for OBA members only in all Single's events and minimum one OBA members in all Double's events.
- Registration will only be completed after payment is made.
- All payments will only be electronics. (Credit or Debit cards / PayPal)
- NO make up or refund of registration fees for applicant's absence.
- Payment made is non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled.
- In the events where there's low in participation, merging of categories may happens.
- All participants shall agree to give OBA and organizer the rights, including permission to film players during all matches and activities around the tournament, for any commercial, news or other purpose together with the right to transfer such right, including without compensation.
- Optimum Badminton Academy will not be liable for any personal injury or accidents during training arising under these terms and conditions.
