OBA Cup

December 2026. OBA Cup is back. Are you ready?

An internal tournament where we learn and grow as a community. Players are split into Cat A and Cat B by level, so every trainee plays someone close to their own standard, not someone years ahead.

Singles is for OBA trainees only. Every doubles pair needs at least one OBA trainee.

Why OBA Cup

Your own level, your own pace

The aim is simple: encourage more trainees to step out of their comfort zone and compete. Because players are separated by level into Cat A and Cat B, nobody faces a huge gap in ability. That makes every match more purposeful and more encouraging, and it builds a healthy environment where trainees get inspired and lift the level of their game.

Cat AGA level overall rating 16 and above.
Cat BGA level overall rating 1 to 15.
Parent & ChildOpen GA level and mixed gender, so a parent and child can enter together.
